One thing I've been considering is getting the equipment to do a tank cleaning myself. Amazon has the hose and nozzle for $40.

Then you would also need the sewer connection to feed the hose through for another $40.

So, for $80, you get the equipment to do a tank wash, but of course, not the expertise.
