Happy Camper with a Christmas Problem

This year during our annual Christmas trek to Myrtle Beach our Fan-Tastic Vent fan developed a leak problem. I figured this was a good place to have a problem because there are RV places everywhere plus not one but two Campers World. Campers World carried every Fan that Fan-Tastic sells, but no parts whatsoever. I figured I'd try the number listed on my fan to see if they could direct me towards some parts. This Company Atwood Mobile Products were the greatest people to work with, they were not concerned that this fan came with the RV in 1999, but they were only concerned that I was experiencing a problem with one of their products. Before the call ended they asked where they could ship me a replacement part if I would cover the cost of shipping only, what a huge surprise. Now I know why they're named Fan-Tastic Vent fans. Thanks for the post. I posted the same results with the new Co (Atwood ) and there were a few who thought that they wouldn't carry on the great customer service that we have enjoyed in the past with Fantastic Fan. Now you have confirmed that they are.

We had the drive gear strip, and after nursing it for a couple of months it quit altogether.
I too called Atwood and all they ask me was what color the gearbox was, and where to ship it.
I kept asking how much do I owe and they kept saying no charge-I could not belive this day and age these people were so great.
