Please delete this post before my DW reads it, or I will be lighter in the wallet and making space in the bays. Thank you.

Yes, you're wrong.
I can certainly see where those folks who camp in cooler/cold weather might like a warm seat to sit in.
Or those who go to watch a football game, or any other sport that happens in cold weather.

That would make a night of cat fishing quite comfortable this time of year.

Somewhat wrong. I have these which are a bit more versatile with out uses - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000KU74MM...ing=UTF8&psc=1. They have a removable gel pack that you microwave. Stays warm for about 3 hours. I've also used the gel pack after freezing it as an ice pack. Even used the pack as a bed warmer and to help keep food warm of chilled. If my cars didn't have seat warmers I would probably use them in the car also.

So,,, at least these have more than one use which is always a good thing when you add an RV into the mix.

Well, when you're in the WV mountains after a cold front has come thru, it's spitting snow & temps are in the 30's, a heated chair would've been quite nice near the campfire. You can only heat one side of yourself at a time at a campfire & your backside can get rather cold when you're facing the fire. Stand up to warm your backside & your front gets cold.

What I did (because I did not have such a chair) one cold night at Canaan, was run an extension cord 25ft out from the coach bay to my campchair, plugged in a heated throw & sat on that. Did the trick.

What we used to do was put coals from campfire in 9 inch aluminum cake pans then place them under our chairs, refresh as required.

I can see those actually. Not something I'd use much at all but they could be very nice to have on a rare occasion. Used to sit through many a chilly junior football game where a couple of those would have been VERY nice to have. I notice in the link they also have heated stadium cushions. Been more than a few times I would have paid GOOD money for one of those. Bare aluminum bleachers can just suck the heat right out of you in winter.

If we camped in cold weather DW would already have some being shipped.

No, you are not wrong. But just think how such a product could be even better with an outlet so you could connect your own individual rope lights!

And THERE GOES THE THREAD! LOL! LOVE IT!

Thanks everyone...exactly what I was hoping for...lots of humor.

I hate to admit this..but we don't often sit outside...except if we're right on the beach... (Highly recommend this place on the Oregon Coast)
