I need help. My Roof is leading yet again. Have already used Eternabond, Dicor & Kool-Coat. I believe water is pooling and this EDPM product claims it is the answer. Has any used this product. Need to research before I spend yet another $400 on this roof.

More information?
How old is the roof -
What is it on -
Sure it is the roof and not a A/C gasket -
Location where you see water/leak happening on inside of coach -

Thanks for your reply Doc. Original aluminum roof. Entrnabond on all edges and seems. 2 coats of Kool-coat. This is a 1980 Class C. The leaks all seem to be from edges and a pool over the front cab. (hate that front cab). The AC is in middle of the MH, that does not seem to be any trouble. I have been out in extreme east to west rains (rare here). 2" Hour. This EDPM product is a very thick liquid you apply with a squeagy and it does claim to self level, eliminating my small pool. I also claims to cover all previous materials. The apply time on a 30 foot MH is approximately 2 Hours.

What is the name of the product, Sandy? EPDM (EDPM) is a generic name for a rubber-based material, not a brand name.

Liquid Roof is one of the better known brands of paint on EPDM rubber coatings. Whether it is any better than Kool Seal (a similar product which which I have used) I cannot say.
