Sounds suspensious to me...

I'd probably get under the front/rear chassis and look for any bushing deformation/wear. Inspect everything that moves and during the inspection, take a can of silicone spray, with a straw, and give those parts a good squirt.

Ok guys... You rock!

I was thinking maybe brakes or maybe tires. Any thoughts? I think I'm going to get under her and check everything. Then take off cove and check he serpentine belt. Then illl check air in tires. The rears are such an ordeal to get to
I hate it! Keep suggestions coming! I'll report back tomorrow! I'm so happy to have you all! I hope one day I'll post something positive lol. Thanks fam!

One last thing...

Any suggestions on an easier way to get to rear tires? Other than changing stems? Can't do that right now. Thanks again!

Check leaf springs.
The noise can reduce or disappear when you are on a freeway, and increase when drive at a low speed or on a gravel road.

You can test it by jumping on one side of the motorhome when parked, you are inside the MH. If you hear some noise, it's most likely the leaf springs.

Please report back when you find the source of the noise.

If you're certain it's coming from underneath, this won't help, but we have a nasty chirp that appears every so often and drives me crazy. It's from the door latch on our bathroom door. A quick shot with a dry lube and it stops. At some point, I'm going to lined the recess in the jamb with Teflon or HDPE to make a permanent solution.

If you only hear it when moving and it doesn't change with speed, it's most likely a steering or suspension related component. Or, as another responder mentioned, it could just be some part of the wood work or cabinetry inside. We had a slide out on our last coach that would creep out about a half inch on one corner after driving for awhile and start squeaking. A set of adjustable slide locks solved that problem. Simple test; get a full sized helper inside the unit to move around with some gusto from side to side and front to back to get that house rocking while you listen outside. Then do the same inside.
