Help! Slides won't retract
I have a 2113 bounder
The slides wouldn't work and the battery was low so I just replaced it and the slides still won't retract and I have a new buyer who wants to drive away in the morning. Any suggestions?

First , go back to the batteries , and make sure all connections are clean and tight.
Are all the 12 volt interior systems working ?
Coach in park with brake on ?
Have you tried the retract cycle with the coach on shore power ? Gen set running?

Some RVs you can not extend or retract slides with engine running

My slide will not extend or retract with the engine running. Try again with the unit not running.

Interesting. Next step would be to look at your owners manual to try and determine which fuse feeds the slide. If you don't have that then remove the switch and check with a meter to see if you have power. Another item might be a reset button on the motor. For the test ride maybe there is a manual wrench to return the slide in.
