Well funny you should ask....
I wanted to carry a mounted spare so I purchased the carrier and then the rim and finally the tire (about $1300. so far)
I assembled and installed the carrier and then mounted the rim to the carrier. When the tire was delivered to the tire place I drove the coach down and took the rim off the carrier and gave it to them. They mounted the new tire on the new rim and balanced it and then started removing the tire/rim that I wanted moved to the spare carrier. They removed the nut covers and stopped. They told me the new rim I bought wouldn't fit. I mean it's a 10 lug 22.5x8.25 why wouldn't it fit? Then they explained that in the "old days" all the axles in that size range used "Std Pilot" alignment axles/rims and the rim I bought was a "Hub pilot" (here is an explanation and video
https://buytruckwheels.com/hubpilotvsbudd/). I had no idea there was either of them, let alone a dfference. So anyway the place I bought the original rim said I could send it back if I paid the freight ($77 FedEx - ouch) and I ordered a stud pilot (also known as other names like BUDD) rim.
Long story short - all new RV use the same "hub pilot" rims, as the stud pilot versions are going the way of the dinosaur. As long as they are 10 lug and the right size, "pilot" and the correct width, they will fit.
