Help wheel stud patterns

Hello all.

Could somebody tell me if all rv wheel stud patterns are they the same 22.5 inch ?
10 hole

Example
would a Fleetwood alloy wheel 22.5 inch wheel fit a safari cheetah 22.5 inch ?
Are the stud partern the same.

Or they slightly off set

The wheel bolt pattern would be dependent on the chassis manufacture, the weight capacity of the chassis and the brake drum/caliper diameter, not the house manufacture.

As far as I know they would all be the same. They are all the same on class 8 trucks with 10 hole pattern no matter what size the axle.

Well funny you should ask....
I wanted to carry a mounted spare so I purchased the carrier and then the rim and finally the tire (about $1300. so far)
I assembled and installed the carrier and then mounted the rim to the carrier. When the tire was delivered to the tire place I drove the coach down and took the rim off the carrier and gave it to them. They mounted the new tire on the new rim and balanced it and then started removing the tire/rim that I wanted moved to the spare carrier. They removed the nut covers and stopped. They told me the new rim I bought wouldn't fit. I mean it's a 10 lug 22.5x8.25 why wouldn't it fit? Then they explained that in the "old days" all the axles in that size range used "Std Pilot" alignment axles/rims and the rim I bought was a "Hub pilot" (here is an explanation and video https://buytruckwheels.com/hubpilotvsbudd/). I had no idea there was either of them, let alone a dfference. So anyway the place I bought the original rim said I could send it back if I paid the freight ($77 FedEx - ouch) and I ordered a stud pilot (also known as other names like BUDD) rim.
Long story short - all new RV use the same "hub pilot" rims, as the stud pilot versions are going the way of the dinosaur. As long as they are 10 lug and the right size, "pilot" and the correct width, they will fit.

The short answer to your question is No. My coach has 22.5 wheels, but are an 8 lug, not 10 lug wheel. Then there is the mount type, which RKins found out, Hub piloted vs. Stud piloted wheel mounts. Some Roadmaster chassis do use the Freightliner style wheel, but not all do. If your coach currently has the stainless wheel simulators over steel wheels, the lug studs may not be long enough to accommodate aluminum wheels. Aluminum wheels are thicker than their steel counter parts. Just FYI.

Truck size wheels 22.5 used to have the older BUDD wheels which use a inner and a outer lug nuts the newer hub piloted wheels have a nut with a washer attached and the holes in the wheel are smaller and fit the studs tighter and the wheel fits and is centered by the hub on the axle, you cant inner change them unless you change the hubs
