DIY has a site dedicated to "how to" for home. Some of it applies to our rigs but nothing rig specific, which would be cool.

That seems like a great idea. There are certainly plenty of sample projects here on irv2. I would love watching a show like that.

The HGTV show has to deal with the big "wow" factor for the sake of the general viewing audience, which is why you see the big expensive rigs predominantly featured over affordable, real-world RVs. Experienced RVers would likely want a different product mix for the show, of course, but given the audience that likely numbers in the millions for HGTV, that's an awful lot of general non-RVer viewers. The formula seems to do well for HGTV since they keep repeating it each year.
As co-host of an upcoming new cable TV RV show, Rollin' On TV, I can assure you we'll be covering the entire range of products used by real-world RV enthusiasts. And truck campers are definitely on our radar because those are some of the most fun RVs we use! But keep an eye out for the show, and we'll try and deliver a package that's entertaining and useful at the same time.

I had recommended a MOD sticky for each type of RV( http://www.irv2.com/forums/f62/mods-sticky-64619.html); i.e Class A's, Class C's, TT, 5er's, etc. but I'm afraid that it didn't seem to have an interest here.
I am using other resources for my reno and mods:
RV Mods, Modifications, Upgrades, Tips, and Tech | ModMyRV.com
This section is only for remodels and mods: Trailer Life Magazine Open Roads Forum: Travel Trailers
I hope there is something in these to help. I got loads of interesting idea's from them.

Jeff,
I would be very interested in this show. What channel will it be on? When is it slated to start?

Sheila:
The show will appear on Cox Sports TV, Dish Network and Untamed Sports TV cable channels. Complete information is available on our website, and I think this forum's rules forbid posting websites but just google the show's name and you'll find it.
Thank you!
