When it gets down in the teens it is wise to keep water in the fresh water tank and keep the hose disconnected. I use a trouble light with a 75 watt bulb in the wet bay even though my wet bay is heated by the propane heater. That keeps it warm enough that the water pump doesn't freeze so that I have plenty of on board water. A lot of parks will not allow a heated hose as I found out so check with the park. You sure don't want to have a frozen hose and no water in your fresh water tank.
