Usually, after I take the first one down, the rest scatter.

You can just tell from these posts what 'today's attitude' is. It's truly sad.

Again... why do people have to refer to committing violence if they don't like something?

Why do some campers do things in a campground that they wouldn't do at home?

Yeah, but some of them are just as "colorful" at home.

I worked in Wildwood, NJ for a summer season. I came to think of the south Jersey shore as the place Philadelphians came to defecate (both figuratively and literally) in someone else's back yard. I watched a Philadelphia lawyer talk his way into a trip to jail one night. Yikes.

The dregs of humanity are not all homeless, mentally ill, or criminal. Some of them are our neighbors.

Fortunately, that guy usually goes to bed at a reasonable hour.
There are a couple of COE campgrounds that we routinely stay at. Unfortunately, we rarely see anyone except for the camp host driving through. Sheriff will run every once in a great while but I'm not sure I've ever seen a ranger.

We've encountered parties with loud drunks spewing bad language on a couple of trips. As you mentioned, there's always that one obnoxious loud mouth!

On one trip, the neighbors partied until 1 am. I went over the next day and asked if they could quiet it down but was ignored. Getting the camp host involved a day after that only made things worse. The belligerent neighbors only got louder and I ended up getting the stink eye every time I walked by them. Figured the sheriff had more important things to do so I did not even try to call on them. Needless to say, that wasn't the best camping trip we ever had.

The best thing to do is to contact the host or ranger or office. Do not get into it yourself.

Statements about killing or harming someone have no place in today's society. Look at the mess our country is in. It's not the least bit funny.

You REALLY need to relax a bit. Go outside, talk to people, realize that our situation is not always as bad as the media would have you believe. And if this is really all it takes to get you wound up, you might need to stay off the internet. LOL, see there, LOL, not wishing you dead or that violence may be enacted upon you.
