Putting the phrase inside double quotes:
"floor heat"
If the site search doesn't work, use a regular internet search engine but specifiy the site to search:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q="floor+heat"+site%3Airv2.com
That's from typing this in the search box:
"floor heat" site:irv2.com
That trick works with google and duckduckgo, not sure about ones like bing and yafoo.
The same trick also works on craigslist.org since their search is pretty lame, and should work on any site that allows the search engines to index their pages
