How many times have you bumped your head
This is the second night i have spend in the RV. One thing i have noticed is that during the time i spend packing and getting it ready for the trip i have bumped my head a kazillion times, scraped the skin off my head several times, scraped my legs and arms, banged my knees and elbows, and bruised myself all over.
Even now just walking around i am always bumping my head on something at least 3x a day. I feel like im gonna end up with a concussion one of these days because of it lol..
I am 6'3" and these units are not made for tall people at all.
Even just getting in the shower i scrapped the scab off the top of my head. Then peeking in the storage compartment again banged my head. No standing up in the slide no way..
Will i ever get used to everything being so low!!

Yes, you will get more used to it and automatically dodge the offending items - most if the time... But not all the time... )-:

6'3" here too! One thing was, when looking for the new MH, was ceiling height, ducted A/C, and things like that! I too have to duck getting in and out of the shower, but it is made easier, because i have the "garden tub" that has a pretty high side, so slowing down to get in and out helps, and after bumping it once, i do remember! I have a permanent knot on the top of my head, from banging it, and have dropped myself to my knees before! Not so bad in the MH i have now, But the first two had really low ceilings! You should get used to it, and learn where to duck! You are not alone, just slow down!

Slow down and relax. I love to be quick and efficient on setup and tear down but it isn't a race. Relax and take your time and it can be a positive part of the experience.

First time walking up the steps of the mh I banged my noggin on the (overhead?) cabinet. The beast was letting me know what the pecking order was. Great way to start a relationship

Many a crashed cranium while working on my 31' class A. Each time I knock myself silly I vow to be more careful.

Dave, try rubbing yourself all over with Preparation-H! I understand it shrinks things!

We spent a long time finding a 5th wheel that I "didn't" bump my head on in the Bedroom. I'm 6'1" - so that was actually quite tricky. Our current Alfa I can stand full height in the bedroom/bathroom/shower just fine.
Now hitting my head while getting something out of storage compartments or under a slide is a Whooooooooooooooooole nother ball game. Plenty of hits there. That's why you see the pool noodles on slides...

EZ solution - we don't know which rv you have, but buying a bigger rv will solve it

I am 6'5 and I hit my head at least a once per trip. Usually on the way out not on the way in and generally when I have something in my hands. For me it isn't so much the setting up or tearing down it is when I am in leisure mode going to the grill. It is happening less overtime so at least I am adapting, if ever so slowly.
Yet I agree that the doors on RV's should be much higher!

Now this is s funny question. Did you mean today, in a week, month etc.
At the end of our recent 3 month trip I was down to 3-4 times a day. I start every morning with a great dark roasted cup of Dominican coffee. That is after hitting my head on the overhead cupboard while preparing it.
Then there is the 3-4 times a day on the storage units.
My wife said she is going to buy me a foot ball helmet to wear in the coach.

Only slides and open cabinet doors (OUCH!) here. I am 6'2" or so. One huge thing in the purchase of our RV was me being able to stand up in the shower and bathroom.
I have places I never learned to duck at home so guess it depends on you and how often you bang your head as to if you will begin to avoid it.
