Looks like you and I are driving the same era Monacos....I am sure we could swap stories for hours! Like..."what is in the overflow bottle at the bottom of the engine bay?", not coolant, not PS fluid, not hydraulic fluid, not oil, can't be brake fluid or WW fluid....Might be muffler bearing overflow, still not sure.

What a great story! I have many wonderful memories of camping as a child. We went because it was a least expensive way to have a vacation. Glad my parents understood that we only have today...make the best of it.
