How to get an accurate Ebay market value of any RV

Have you ever gone to Youtube and saw a camper or motorhome that was for sale and wondered what price the seller got for the unit? Are you trying to figure out what market value (or cost to you) is for a certain MH or camper?

Most contributors on this website, at least for higher value motorhomes, recommend Googling "PPL sold motorhomes" and tell you to use that as a guide. I have figured out a different way to get a recent market value of a camper or MH. This approach will even get you a Youtube video of the unit. I think this approach will work 50% of the time- because the buyer had to leave a feedback on Ebay. My approach uses Jackson Lease Sales, a dealer who ONLY sells on Ebay. I believe it would work on any dealer who sells on Ebay (and buyer feedback is given) and puts a video of the unit on Youtube. When a buyer leaves feedback Ebay automatically generates a "sold price." Let's get started:

Steps:
1. Open eBay
2. At top right click on "Advanced"
3. On the left click on "By Seller"
4. In Seller user id, type in "Jacksonleasesales" (Jackson lease sales)
5. Click "search"

This will bring up current sales- right now there are four. If JLS does not have any out there you could use an advanced search option.

6. Click on ANY one of the items for sale.
7. Off to the right you will see Seller Information, JacksonLeaseSales. Click on "JacksonLeaseSales"
8. This will bring up seller feedback page. Off to the right is "See All Feedback"- click on it.

Search thru the pages and pages of feedback until you find a unit you are curious about. This will give you the Ebay sales price.

Now, let's go get the video by opening another screen on your computer:

Steps:
1. Open Youtube.
2. In the search box type in "Total Sales Solutions". Yes, that is right- on Ebay they are Jackson Lease Sales but on Youtube they are Total Sales Solutions.
3. On ANY video you see for Total Sales Solutions click on it.
4. Stop the video from running (it will drive you crazy) and just below where the name of the item is listed is: "totalsalessolutions" click on it.
5. This will bring up recent videos, but you need to click on "Videos".
6. This will bring up the last TSS 30 videos. Go to the bottom and click on "Load more". Repeat, and repeat and repeat and ..... I get about three years worth of videos on my screen.
7. Now all you have to do is look for the one you are curious about- you already know the price from Ebay. The shortcut for this is to do a page search. The steps are (at least on an Apple) to go to Edit and Find (not find on Google). Type in the brand or model number at the top right (as it relates to EBAY) and it should highlight the model you are searching. Now watch the video.

This works because Jackson Lease Sales only sells on Ebay (or at least that is what they say in their videos). If anyone knows of other Ebay sellers please post their name!

I pondered on what forum to place this post in. Moderators are welcome to do their "thing" if it needs to be moved.
