In addition to what everyone has already said, campgrounds don't always have "all the channels" published in their campground brochure-especially if they are cable channels. They also don't always match what is printed (numbers). Some don't reprint their brochures very often.

Don't you have to have a digital converter to get OTA signals now? I didn't see that mentioned.

If you are picking up any OTA channels in the USA then you either have a digital converter box or a digital TV.

However, the OP did state in another post that he didn't think about selecting CATV on his TV... so even though he hasn't stated it for a matter of fact, I expect his problem is solved.....

There are still OTA channels that are not digital. My TV lists the channels that are digital and the channels that are broadcasting using the old format when I use the scan feature to find stations.

Are those the channels that have 90% infomercials that sell gadgets for $19.99 and if you order two, you only pay additional S&H?

Got to admit that is mostly the case, but it seems no more so than the regular digital channels we have these days. You forgot to include that 50% of the time it seems all OTA channels are broadcasting commercials.
I know, I know, its supposed to be a money making business, and commercials pay the way, but damn, do they have to make a killing? Thank goodness for digital recorders and mute buttons.

What irks me is the news channels. They have one story, some bait topics and go to another commercial. Story, commercial, story,co...
