HWH Jack Problem

Hi

I'll try and make a long story short, I park the R/V on the driveway next to our house. We had my late father in laws car in front of R/V. We donated it to the Savation Army. They were suppose to call the day before they were suppose to come, they called on Mon.aft. and said they were on their way.The driver moved the R/V, I told him, pull out the drive and go left, and just back in when finished. My wife called back no problem.
I noticed oil on the drive way when I got home that night,I thought it was anti freeze from the car, it wasn't. I noticed today the tank on the HWH pump was loose, and the oil leaked out. How this happened I don't know. The leak started where the R/V was parked and went out to the street. I have pulled out and backed in many times no problem. There is nothing in its path to hit. Could the tank just fall off from age,(1996)

Where would I find the serial number,it is a 200 series with a joy stick, for jacks and slide out. Can it be repaired? I checked the HWH web site, but i need a serial num.
Thanks Rick & Robin
