Question HWH Joy Stick-Controlled 210 Series

1998 Flair with left front jack that will not extend. I overhauled the control box with no improvement. Other jacks work as expected including indicator leds. Is it possible that air is in the line that I could bleed off? The reservoir has adequate fluid. If not air, what is the problem? Thanks for your comments

Most likely the solenoid that controls that jack has failed, and probably burned out the corresponding fuse.

Thanks for the feedback. Where is the solenoid located and I am only aware of the one fuse in the control box. Is the solenoid on the jack? There’s a 10 amp fuse at the pump but, that’s only two.

Does each jack have its own solenoid and fuse? The schematic in the 210 Series manual doesn’t show any solenoids and only three fuses in the entire system. Where am I wrong? Am I mistaking a relay for a solenoid on the schematic?
Thanks for your input.

do you need a service manual. the 210 system uses a joystick to control extend and retract. there are no solenoids used with this system.

all valving is located in the body of the joystick valve.

if you need a manual, please email me at

i work full time for hwh corp. i do not solicit part sales, and do not do service work anymore.
