Hello, first time on here, looking for some help, i just bought a 1992 40' monaco executive with a 8.3 Cummins and the hydraulic pump is missing, it looks like it is for the power steering and also the radiator fans. anybody have any ideas

So you bought the rig with no hydraulic pump or did it go missing after your purchase? If you want power steering and radiator fans, which I only assume you do, you should probably start with Cummins because you will definitely need to install one.
