From your location I would consider a covered area only, blacktop surface, keyed access, available on premisis but not at each storage bay water and a sewerage dump. Maybe avail at each site or accessable from site 120 volt power to cool refrigerator prior to trip and perhaps an area to wash an RV.

If using asphalt, you will need to use 3/8-4000 or 3/8 state grade. that would be 3/8 rock and 4000 psi rated that is good for highway use and easy to find and should hold up to the weight of MoHo's

ISLAPP, being you are from North Canton, OH , you are probably familiar with the Rv-condos that are for sale west of Akron on the south side of Rte 18. The older units are fairly tight (about 40'x 14"x 13")and sell for in $25-30,000 range-the new units are larger (about 45'x 16'x 14') and sell in the $35,000+ area. Needless to say dump station, water, and electric, heat, and unit security is available. Being condos you have the usual expenses: monthly condo maintenance fee, insurance, taxes etc. No one said storing your RV in a good secure garage is cheap. I understand the units have and are selling well.
