RV's haven't had substantial change in a LONG time.

There could be an opportunity to completely rethink the design using completely up to date technology. One example would be over the air updates to all the electronics. Another would be to rethink chassis deign to either electric (this is not limited to Telsa -- there are electric bus companies) or some sort of hybrid. Making them anything other than bricks trying to punch a hole through the air would be an opportunity.

Also, rethinking the dealership experience. Maybe a company where the manufacturer owned the dealership. People are willing to travel to buy RV's so maybe two dealerships on the East coast and 2 on the West coast could get someone started.
Yes, you do a startup company on electric rv’s and in a few years a person with the smarts of a Mr. Einstein develops something that make EV technology resemble the Stone Age.

I believe that will happen. For example, one little capsule the size of a thimble may be able to give you enough clean energy to power your rv, not for 100 miles, but for thousands of miles and be as quiet as a church mouse.

EV’s are not the answer and my only regret is that I won be here to rub it in when they fail.

The new technology curve is pretty steep, I agree, but we shouldn't stop progress because of progress.

I have to say, it's not frequently that I see passion like you have against electric EV's!!

It seems you aren't waiting for them to fail. You are rubbing everyone's nose in it before they even gain any traction.

It's my understanding that when the automobile was invented there were lots of people that clung to the horse. I think we see the same thing time and time again.

The RV industry needs a wholesale overhaul. I am tired of hearing "It's a hurricane going through an earthquake at the same time. Somehow cars and trucks do it reliably.

So to answer the OP's question, I think a brand new look inside and out could excite the buyers enough to make the manufacturer successful.

I sure would welcome it.

I certainly would not buy the 1st year or 2 of new models. Their concepts would have to be revolutionary.
