Indoor coach storage, what would you pay?

After reading a few threads and thinking and discussions with SWMBO, what would you pay for indoor storage of your coach or trailer?
We are planning a new building and coach mahal, but in reading over postings on related subjects, it creates an idea.
In building the garage, I could add 16X50 bays, I would provide water and six 110V outlets inside and a dump outside. Also a covered concrete pad at the end of the building. There will be a 30/50 box in the bay that they can connect if they want to connect the service. 12X14 doors and a walk in door.
Just for clarity, I am 15 minutes east of Raleigh, NC. I can be at my Dr. on the other side of Raleigh in about 35 minutes. This will be on my residential property and my coach and general garage will be part of the building, so it will be under constant supervision.

So, whadda y'all think? Stroke of genius or brain flatulence?
