When we remodeled the kitchen in our sticks and bricks..I kept the piece of Corion that was cut out of the counter top for the kitchen sink.
This made great cutting board material.
Over the years as it got used you can sand it with diminishing grits to polish it up again.
It would be nice to find a piece that matches our rv countertop. You can drill a whole and cut out a handle ..Perhaps a visit to a local countertop place could yield a scrap.??

Don I bought one and put little stick-on feet.
Fits perfect on a flush mounted True Induction top.

The company where I bought mine recommended coating the new board with bee's wax. I bought a squeeze tube and put on a liberal amount when new and now about once a year. It keeps it nice.

I found that you sizing the cutting board larger than the cooktop and using some rubber feet helps keep it centered over the cooktop.
