Insurance on storage units?

We are full timers and rent two 12x50 storage units in the community where we plan to live after the adventure ends. We have two vehicles stored in the units (insured through American Family), however we have approximately $30,000 of home furnishings and $20,000 of tools that are uninsured. I have searched for 3 years trying to find a company that insures personal belonging for RV'ers that do not own a home and thus far have been unsuccessful. So, I though I'd put the question to my fellow RV'ers to see if they might have ideas or solutions. Thanks for any assistance.

I think you might be able to get an umbrella policy through your vehicle insurance co. State Farm offers one. It may be because I'm a home owner but it covers just about everything. It might be worth a call.
