Internet Connection

I have a cell phone and a hotspot onboard. I installed a WeBoost antenna and amp and my results have been good so far, only about six short trips so far. The antenna is on a lift and I have forgotten to raise it a couple of times and to lower it once. One of my trips had me in the SC mountains and I could only connect occasionally. Other wise I had a good connection typically around 20-25MB. I can watch Netflix on the TV or news on the computer. I have a bunch of movies on a memory stick for the kids if they visit. Works for me. But I’d have to rethink if I needed TV or Internet rather than occasionally want it. The MH came with a satellite but I’ve not tried it.

I do the same thing....Three hotspots...all with unlimited data for streaming services...AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile...

I use DirecTV NOW exclusively. Used to have a half dozen streaming subscriptions but found I never used them. Cancelled all and kept DTVN.

Sometimes I use the TV antenna for local info depending on where I am.

With three different hotspots and a WeBoost with two different antennas, I've never been unable to get reception, no matter how far out boondocking I've been.
