Inverter problem

We have a 2014 Winnebago Adventurer which recently needed a new Ford engine after 60,000 miles! Now the inverter doesn’t work. It was towed about 120 miles, and they replaced the coach battery, not sure why. We also replaced the house batteries in 2019. We tried the fuses but are not mechanically minded so that is the extent of our knowledge. It isn’t plugged in as we are awaiting a determination from our extended warranty company, so it is still at the Ford Truck repair facility.

It would help to know the brand and model of the inverter. Without that the only troubleshooting advice I can give is test that the inverter is getting 12 volts to it.
