I used to be the perfect know-it-all. But then one time I thought I was wrong about that. I now know I was right all along. Good luck!!

I know the picture posting has gotten a heck of a lot easier-- Thanks for that!! We all like to see pictures of mods and improvements as it enhances the discussion portion of the topic.
Oemy and others are experts at posting photos-- But almost anybody can do it now, a far cry from before the new format/program.
I also think the precived loss of members is a sign of the economic times.

I have only been personally attacked one time since joining IRV2 in 2006. I don't feel one incident in all those years is to bad. For the wealth of info I have received I'll continue to enjoy IRV2.

I think the word is out. I just took a look at the bottom of the forums page - almost 1000 members visited in the last 24 hours. Wow!

I have been with iRV2.com since the start. My lack of visits is because of the new software. I find it much harder to navigate around like before.
BTW ...the new software knocked off 900 of my past posts. ???

I personally like the new IRV2 forum format, finding it very easy to get around in. BUT, the new format is often jumpy and slower than what I remember from the prior set up.

While I will admit to not having mastered the new format, I do like it! It does however seem to take a long time to load onto my computer. Not all the time, but very often. Loading speed of other sites I have bookmarked load with normal speed.

Getting the word out is HUGE...I didn't know about this site until a few days ago when I stumbled upon it. Now I am a member and had a friend sign up yesterday. I am also working on 2 more friends. Just keep passing the word.

Keny is right. Being visible is key to sustained actiivity. People are coming and going in the RV world all the time. Being visible/accessible is important when that newby does their first search for information.
I did an unscientific test and did a search on Google and Yahoo. In the Google search IRV2 came up 5th out of 1 and 3/4 million hits, not bad. But RV.net was the first two. The Yahoo search gave identical results.
I keep my IRV2.com sticker prominently placed. But again, unscientifically, I look for stickers on other vehicles and places and in the three years I have been searching, I have never seen one. The exception being at the Tampa RV Supershow this past January. But then again I was attending an IRV2.com social.

When the new software was first started I think everyone one of us found the site was to some degree slower than before, as time has gone by and some improvements made, the site has gotten faster.
As for seeing other iRV2 family members, we have had a few come up to us as we drive around this great country of ours and introduce themselves as members. WE have stickers on our MH and toad so this helps.
