Is the name iRV2 copywrited?

I'm curious about this: As someone who purchased an RV from Lazydays in Seffner, Fl, I receive their magazine a couple times per year. We just received the newest magazine titled "Better RVing.com", winter 2010. On page 59 of the issue there is an RV tip article called iRV2 that covers applications for a Blackberry cell phone.

Like I said, I'm just curious about this. Maybe a moderator could comment.
