I'm no help for your question I guess, but this was a huge unexpected benefit when we finally went from trailers to a motorhome.
With 4 kids wiggling around in one end, we could never sleep in once they were up.

I know this is an old post... we own both a park model 2018 Catalina Destination and a 2004 Safari Zanzibar motorhome, both 40'. The Safari is rock solid. The Catalina Destination wobbles with the least bit of movement. I can feel someone roll over in bed on the opposite end of the Destination. I do have the stablizers down and in addition have added more to the center and it is still horrible. Since we keep the trailer in one place, I'm thinking about putting 4"x4" timbers accross the underside of the trailer and crib it up to see if that will help Or maybe just sell it!
