Jammed Door Lock
2012 Tiffin Alegro Bus
Well I went to visit the RV to start getting it ready for the season and lo and behold I can't get into it. The deadbolt unlocked easy enough but the door latch lock would not turn enough to actually unlatch the handle. It felt stuck. I didn't want to force it and break the key. :(
Any thoughts apart from a locksmith?

Try graffite first then lock smith. Had that with mine and the graffite made it work easy again after a couple lock/unlock trys.

Just a reminder, but I leave a few windows unlocked at all times because we had a jammed door once and it was a bear to get into the coach.
Luckily, the coach stays right here at the house, but I can't really imagine anybody hoisting themselves up to try windows in a storage facility. Too much work for getting into a pretty empty vehicle.
Step ladder, pop the screen, cuss a bit, wiggle a lot, and once inside you can do a manual un-lock and then lubricate the mechanism.
Carrying powdered graphite is a good idea, too.

I would try some prying but I would be careful about it. I've had a uncooperative lock several times due to lack of leveltivity and once due to a screw in the striker plate had loosened just enough to snag something.
It might just let go with a screwdriver placed in the corner below the latch and lifting a little or the corner above and prying down a little.

If it isn't a mechanical defect, then it is racking...plain and simple.
Even if it is mechanical, you aren't going to have fun trying to bang on your door from the inside, and if you send your spouse out a window in order to try to open from the outside, a broken latch might be the result
Look at your bubble levels and begin adjusting your coach front/back or left/right. Chances are very good that your door will open as always once the box has been twisted a different way. AMHIK
