joining bunkbeds in a bunkhouse trailer

Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to treat the gap between two bunkbeds to make one large bed? Thanks for any recommendations.

Hi MaryClair, and welcome to iRV2.

I don't know how much space is between them so its hard to suggest to much, but 1 way would be 3/4-1" plywood side to side. If the gap is to big you will have to make some braces for the middle to keep it from sagging. and then you could add some draws for storage if its permanent.
