Old scam.. Even if you have eyes on.. I have read several stories about people who went and looked at a house that was for sale, and either put money down or in a couple cases moved in.
AND THE SELLER... Well it was not his house to sell.. The owners returned and to say the least the stuff connected with the impeller.
(A polite way of saying a line that ends with "Hit the fan")

Some people have actually "gotten there" and found an empty lot.
Who was it that said there's a "sucker born every minute"?
I had gotten taken way back in 2003 on a Mac Computer Scam that cost me some bucks. It has never happened to me again.
You get taken the first time, "Shame on Them". You get taken a second time "Shame on YOU"!

I think if you do some research for that RV Park, it has been closed for sometime now.

Read the thread, "This is scary. Beware." in the general discussion area. I think it'll be of interest.

Very legit looking site. I'm surprised the site hasn't been shut down.

If you really LOOK close at each of the web pages, the one that sticks out the most is the Contact page where it states the "Work Hours" as 9:00 -18:00.
How many USA based web sites have listed their business hours in military time?
I do a significant amount of purchasing on the Internet and I don't recall ever seeing ONE.

Some one said that you can fool some of the people all of the time, and that is enough to make a decent living.

The Truck Stop is 6823 Gateway Drive. Go west and you can see the RV park...the sign is still on the side of the street in Street View.
But, the street view is OLD! If you look left from the RV Park drivewsy, the Google cam car caught a MO State Trooper's Mustang that is the pre-2005 body style.
Safe travels
