I like to look too, but that can be dangerous for me, because the grass sometimes looks greener......
Anywho I wore out 3 tents, and we are on our second motorhome. Had a really nice boat in the 90's, but found out that the hole in the water was bigger than the amount of cash I had to throw into it.

Well, depending on your POV 3 or perhps 4
First the 4th
Wife and I spent our honeymoon in a Tent, specifically a Thermous Pop Tent, came with the wife, still have that tent, still have that wife, 32 years and counting.
Then I got a very used and abused APACHE PUP.. Nice rig, supposed to sleep six and could do so comfortbally save we used one of the beds for storage. (Well there were but 3 of us after all)
Then as daughter got older we traded up to a SCAMP i13' ) it was supposed to sleep five but was "Cozy" I added a bunk for a sixth but used it for storage.
Then we pulled it up to General RV and cme home in a 2005 Damon Intruder 377w, This rig, fully set up, without the awning, is 13' WIDE.
And that's what I'm typing in today.

first was an old International Step van conversion
Next came four (4) TT 17, 19, 23, 26 footers... a trend there?
Lastly our first motor home 35ft Adventure. Now with our LAST 35ft 2005 Adventure.
We love the lifestyle and will keep going down the road as long as the gas holds out and the Good Lord's willing.

In thirty years I've owned
Van Camper
vintage 15 foot Scamp travel trailer
vintage 24 foot Avion travel trailer
brand new pop-up
Van camper
vintage 23 foot Layton travel trailer
Van camper
vintage 18 foot travel trailer
1978 Class C
1982 Midas Class C And last but not least.... picking up on Saturday
1990 17 foot Terry Travel Trailer
Funny thing is, I've spent way more time remodeling campers than actually camping in them. That's about to change, the newest one doesn't need anything though I might change the decor just a bit....

for a 28' class A. Who knows what's next ?
