For bugs, I've had good luck using dog flea collars in places like the fridge and w/h areas. You can get one and cut it into pieces. Replace it every couple years.

All I've ever done is stuff steel wool into any holes where pipes and wiring enter through the floor, keep the interior clean, and never store food inside.

I learned this from someone on this forum.
Cut 4 (or 6) pieces of 1.5" PVC about 1 to 1.5" long. Run a screw through the middle of it. Then drop one of those mouse wax blocks in one end. The screw is there to keep it from going the whole way through. Use the brown stuff- not the green.

Lay the PVC beside each one of your tires--mice love the holes. The reason you use the PVC is so none of your pets get to it.

I also use 'Fresh Cab' in all the cabinets.

We did this, then I kept the steel wool in place with great stuff. Hoping it works.
