Kitchen remodel in slideout
We have a 2015 Keystone Avalanche 361TG. It has the oven, microwave, fridge, and some cabinetry in a slideout. We're thinking of gutting the existing structure there to allow for a larger residential fridge, induction stove top, convection microwave, and cabinets where the oven had been.
Are there resources somewhere to learn how much can be hung (cabinets and microwave) in the slideout and if the wall currently between the fridge and stove cabinets is needed for structural support? Ideally we'd like the option to remove the wall entirely to allow space for the fridge, but if it's needed to support the weight of the microwave then we don't want to break things.
I assume we should run a new electric circuit for the induction burners. We'd like to also run a new inverter to power the fridge while we're traveling. Are there any gotchas to be aware of in those plans?
Thanks!
