KM Resorts - Good? Bad?

So like a lot of folks, we attended a couple of RV shows and sure enough, WE WON!

Won what?

An opportunity to sit down with a KM Resort sales person AND the $2000 Life Time membership fee HAS BEEN WAVED!! WOW! Lol..okay..sorry, we've sat through a couple of those high pressured sales pitches and don't plan on doing it again.

That said, has anyone purchased a KM Resort membership and do you find it's worth it?

I did do a search here on IRV2 as well as other places and found some BBB complaints as well as this post here, but it's from 2012 so I was hoping for some current info.

KM Resorts - Our Experience

Update: Kept digging and found this on Yelp: K M Resorts of America (Have to scroll down a bit to find the reviews)

TIA

We bought a KM membership about 10 years ago on Craigslist for $400. Back then they had 8 parks in Washington and Oregon. The original owner sold and the locations were split between his kids. The locations we've used were very run down, virtually no maintenance was done to any of the facilities unless forced to by state regulators. It appears the new owners use the cash flow as their personal bank to finance their lifestyle.

We bailed out 2 years ago when they started a new sales pitch to existing members, wanting another $4K to upgrade memberships. Two years later, folks we know who still go there say very little has been done in terms of general maintenance, leveling of sites or repair bathrooms.

All in all, our time with KM was not terrible and fairly inexpensive locations for family summer vacations. If you can buy a membership off Craigslist or similar, take a second look. It could be pretty inexpensive for two weeks in and 1 week out.
