Kudos to Camping World of Albuquerque

A huge THANK YOU to the service department!

I posted in another thread about our A/C woes. We talked with the service dept this morning and were told by the gal that answered the phone that their earliest opening was Aug 10th but that she would check with the manager. He/she said to bring it in and they'd look at it but couldn't promise anything. We figured ABQ would have a better shot at getting it fixed so made the trip back.

They got us right in and we opted to just replace the unit except the only one available was white and ours are black. The A/C was off site so had to be retrieved which took some time but not only was the new unit installed, they were able to put the old shield back on so both units are still black.

I've read so many bad reviews about CW that I was hesitant to deal with them but our experience was nothing but good.

Thanks for sharing! CW has had so many bad reviews that it's good to see a positive one!

I may have to retract that glowing review! The air works but the thermostat is messed up. It thinks the inside Zone 1 temp is 32 and the outside temp is 13 right now. It was working, then it wasn't, was, wasn't....

Celsius temp reading?

Maybe you could adjust the setting of the thermostat?
