Hey - I just want to put a formal shout-out to Winfield and his team ant NIRVC in Manassas.
We were in the middle of a 11-week trip and developed a small leak in the roof of one of our slides. While part of our trip was a stop-over in VA to see family, I called NIRVC (never used any location prior to) and Demond was super understanding of my travel times and getting me on the schedule. Upon arriving - Winfield was professional - had the tech call me to discuss the situation - everything was just awesome.
They got my repairs done so quickly - I was in a bind as we had planned on another 10 days of family time - Winfield let me leave the coach on their property AT NO CHARGE (plugged in).
Just awesome experience
