Las Vegas NIRV excellence
I want to let all of our fellow forum members know about what a great experience I had with this business. I have an older 2006 Beaver Thunder motorhome that has that drop-down TV in the ceiling that stopped working the day after I purchased the rig. Even though most shops are leary of old rigs due to obsolete parts and lack of techs with knowledge on these system, Mike Griggs the GM made arrangements to schedule me into thier busy schedule. I had the good fortune to work with Jonathan as my service manager, what friendly individual! He had my coach pulled in at the appointed time and then parked in the lot so we could overnight for the next day schedule. We had electric 50 Amp power and the site level, lot is gated and safe. We had partially filled our fresh water tank and as we were leaving our house I saw a very slight dripping from the under carriage. Turns out my fresh water tank uses a electric valve to dump the tank, that valve was long dead and inoperable, my fresh water had to pumped through the Aqua Hot drain valves with my Shure Flo water pump. My techs name was Jeff, and turns out he had worked for Beaver and done the interior woodworking on coaches like mine! He did the water valve and we decided to convert to a manual dump valve as the OEM location was exposed to severe rain and salt conditions, no place for any electric valves. We also did the Black and Gray electric valve seals as they were leaking. My PO had never maintained the coach, all my fluids had not been changed in 5 years as well as filters, air dryer, etc. Good thing I serviced the chassis before driving from Utah to Las Vegas. Anyways major Kudos to Team Blue, Jeff, Jonathan and Mike at Las Vegas NIRV facility. Every one there was friendly and greeted us with smiles and good vibes, the place is bustling, we spoke with other customers, both in Sales and Service, lots of good feedback, the only issues were related to manufacter issues and parts supply issues. Highly recommend these guys for Service and if you want to buy a rig this place has a large inventory of rigs to select from.

We also had a good experience with the Las Vegas NIRVC. We had a baseplate issue on our rig, and they fit us in their schedule and fixed the issue efficiently. Their hourly rate gave me pause, but it is worth it to have knowledgeable people do the service.

Thank you for the kind comments and trusting us to work on your coach. Glad we were to get everything handled. As always please feel to reach out to me or anyone else on the NIRVC team at any time. Thanks again!

re: labor rates; you really do get what you pay for. Want an expert RV technician at McDonalds hamburger store rates? You're gonna get what you pay for.
Sure wish NIRVC had a store near Indianapolis.
