We wanted folding rockers with good padding! We found they are pretty hard to find. We ended up with the ones below, and are happy with them so far. Only problem is that they are NOT for large folks!

If you like directors chairs Harbor Freight has them with a folding side table and storage areas on the side, very comfy and fold , easy to store and light weight. When on sale they are $19.95.

Costco has these on sale for $30. Very comfortable and even fit me. I am a big guy at 6'3", 290lbs.

we like our Kermit Chairs because they are high quality, very comfortable, easy to assemble / disassemble to a compact form and can be tucked into our motorcycles / bicycles / various vehicles.
(I assume it's ok to post a link to their site but if not, mods please delete / disable.)
