Lazy Days finances

Is anyone aware of a problem with Lazy Days finances. I gave the Tucson branch all the documents required to get a refund on a coverage for a MotorHome we sold. I was told by their business manager in mid-July that I should have my check in a week. It’s 3 months later and no check. I’ve called, emailed and went to the dealership to no avail. If anyone has any insight or advice, I’d appreciate it.

Presumably the refund (if any) comes from the insurer, not Lazydays. However, they ought to be going to bat for you to get it in a timely manner. Do they offer any explanation?
