Lazydays sells 1/3rd of locations to CW

There's been a newly built CW sitting empty for well over a year, located on the far N side of C-bus. At first, I thought they were waiting for the bridge work to be done before moving in, but the bridge work's been done for months. No sign of occupancy.

I did not know they closed their campground in Seffner, FL. It apparently closed for renovation around April 2023 and never re-opened.

Right, they're an exit or so west of that one. When I heard Lazydays was opening a store in that area I figured they had taken that existing one over but no. We drove by both a few days ago and both are packed to the gills, along with all of the others we passed.

That company, Buckeye RV, has now opened another store at exit 45. It is about 5 miles south from Lazy Days, and 20 miles from the outlet mall you are describing. This location has been there now for 2 years. They do the repairs, installs there for new sale rigs.
Several years ago, Buckeye RV bought out the only RV dealer in Wilmington and then promptly closed the location.

We stopped for propane yesterday at a new RV Country dealership that moved into a closed CW lot. It was full to the gills with all towables, so much so it made moving around to and from the propane tank difficult. That was just west of Flagstaff.
