I owned an RV lot in Florida. Price was right .... until someone new bought the actual name, clubhouse and community property . Things changed financially and the fee structure went out of sight. A lawsuit was begun as we several owners felt grandfathered by our original contract. Being Florida, and not having the 'right' attorney our suit was dismissed as frivolous. I found someone to buy my pretty large lot as did a few others, sold the TT that was there permanently and moved on with the traveling RV.
