Les Schwab

We stopped in Garrison, MT specifically so we could eat at The Avon Cafe, based upon our experience 2 years ago. I awoke to find a flat tire on the toad with a machine screw in it. After airing and driving around the campground, I decided I could make it the 10 miles to Deer Lodge to The Les Schwab Store. They took me right in and 15 minutes later I was on the road for no charge. Now I see why I hear from so many satisfied customers on the forum.

+1! We were passing through Missoula MT and discovered a nail in the tire of our toad, took it to a local tire store and had it fixed. A week later in Reedsport OR the tire went flat again. We took the truck to Les Schwab, who told us the original patch wasn't done right and even though the original patch was not done by Les Schwab they fixed it for free! Awesome customer service, they have gained a customer for life.

They are GREAT! Been a customer for 39 years. Flat fixes are almost always free.

I've bought many tires from Les. Great service, free rotations, and they stand behind what they sell.

X4 for Les Schwab. Only place we will buy tires -- they have always done a great job! \ken

Been doing business with Les Schwab more then forty years. Back around 1969 while I was over seas with the Navy, got a letter from my bride, who's Japanese and new at the time to the states that her car needed new tires. Told her to check out Les Schwab. Sorta expected she might get a bad deal but that was the only place I knew of at the time where we were assigned. When I got home six months later, I learned she had been sold a quality set of tires at a fair price and directed to return at any time if there was a problem. Needless to say been going there ever since.
By the way for what ever its worth. Deer Lodge, MT is a great little place to stop.
Friendly people, nice stores and a small but nice KOA.

When shopping for for a new set of motorhome tires before our Alaskan trip we searched for the best price on Michelins and Les Schwab was the best. We specified tires with a date no older than 6 months and got that, too. Plus, we bought in Oregon - no tax!

I have also used Les S for many years - the only glitch I had with them was a couple of years ago. I had purchased four tires and a year later hit a curb and blew out a tire. Went back to the same shop but they no longer stocked that particular tire and I had to buy one somewhat more expensive. They did prorate the tire and all was good but it just bothered me a bit that they no longer stocked that tire. I'll keep using them.

Another accolade for Les Schwab: Finally found time to get our steers upgraded to the new XZA3+ Michelins. Not only did they let us pull in the night before and "camp" in their parking lot, but they let us fill our fresh water tank while we were there.

I love posting about the companies that are still focused on good, ol' fashioned customer service. Bravo!
