Let's See Your Holiday Dinner prepared in the RV!

Thanksgiving for two..prepared in our RV galley....
Baked Turkey Loin, red taters, steamed asparagus, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, and devil'd eggs... 3-2-1 cake with diced peaches later..

And our little "pot watcher".... made sure that the taters didn't boil over

Ok - this is in the parking lot of the Freightliner shop in N. Las Vegas, a rather unintended stop. Didn’t exactly have the proper fixins on hand, but we made do....

The menu: carved roasted chicken, stuffin, smashed taters, sweet potatoes, corn, veggies, and plenty of good wine. Substituted blackberry jam for cranberry and it worked. Not bad for Thanksgiving impromptu... Dogs did ok too..

We are at Camp Gulf in Destin Florida. Our 13th year of Thanksgiving in the motorhome. Turkey, dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie. All cooked from scratch on a 2 burner induction and convection oven.

Over the past 30 years, we've spent about 22 of them at Yosemite Upper Pines during Thanksgiving. Everything is prepped in the RV's and we set up a tent room, with heat, where we seat anywhere form 12-20 people for dinner. On Thanksgiving, we cook a turkey on a Weber (deep fried two of them years later) and on Saturday, we do a prime rib on the Weber.
