Level Table issues

It is a small thing I know, however, I really dislike having to cook or anything else on a slanting table. Using blocks of wood worked for several years although the tables never were level, not being able to obtain just the right height with the blocks. That led to this: 3 adjustment legs, 3 lengths of 1” pvc, 1 tee, 3 eyebolts , and a 1/4-20 thread tap.
