LevelMate Pro on Sale

My #1 favorite purchase has been my LevelMate Pro. Every time I go camping I can’t help but express my gratitude for this time saving, and marriage saving, device.

I pull into my campsite with the app opened on my phone. I can instantly tell where the most level spot is in the campsite, and if not level, instantly know how many inches of leveling blocks I need, as well as how much I need to raise or lower the tongue.

I often travel solo and it has been an incredible time saver. I can back in and be sitting under my awning completely set up in 10 minutes. Sure I could use a mechanical level. But the ease of use and the precision takes any trial and error out of the equation.

I just looked for someone else and saw that that it’s currently on sale on Amazon. $124. Well worth every penny of that, in my opinion.

I'm so with you on this. No contest - the best accessory we've added, hands down. It makes things SO much easier, and also makes us look like absolute pros to onlookers, which is kind of nice. I can't recommend it enough!

I have managed since 1984 with a good eyeball and a 3 FT level and saved $144 in the meantime. The last two 5ers have had Big Foot hydraulic levelers and they work great.

Love mine as well. We park on so many uneven surfaces since we dry camp 50/50 it makes setting up super easy.

The sale must be over. Per your link, it's now $145.

The thread title led me to believe we had a loon amongst us who didn't love theirs.

Sometimes I used a free app on my android phone that works quite well. It will display RV position in deg, inches per foot, and percent of grade. It was very accurate.

I had phone trouble and the carrier did a factory reset, which meant I lost the apps and everything; now can't find it again.

That’s interesting. I just followed my Amazon link and it still says there’s a $20 discount being offered. See attached screenshot - 10:20 PM Friday evening.

So does the RV have to be level to start the install or is there an internal sensor that doesn't care?

Correct! The very first time you use it you’ll need to level your RV as usual - with the slides out. After leveling with the slides out you’ll pull them back in and set the closed RV as level - even though you no longer will be. This will be recorded by the unit as level and will become the baseline for level on future trips.

Every next time - you’ll use the LevelMate when you arrive at your site with the slides CLOSED. Of course, at that moment, with slides closed, you’re not really level, even though the unit indicates that you are. But as soon as you open your slides you’re back to the baseline level you previously set.

The electronic leveling unit is mounted inside your RV and broadcasts to your phone. Mine is discreetly mounted inside a closet.

Sounds like a great tool. Our RVi system has leveling that works somewhat similar, and we use that to find the most level spot in a site before we drop our levelers.

I mounted mine transmitter in the curb side front storage compartment so when I get to the site and the wife gets out to help back in she can open the storage compartment door and turn on the LMP. Then from the front seat of my truck I can see how level the trailer is when backing in. Sometimes just moving a foot or two one way gets it level.

Been thinking of getting one. Not so much to
Level the RV, but there are times when I know I’ll need to put down blocks for the tires and the jacks do to the incline and this product will let know how much blocking to put down so the wheels wo t need to come off the ground or the jacks run out of travel
