Lights flickering

I have just moved to a new location and my inside lights have started flickering. They have not done this before at any other spot. Do I have a bad electrical box? I have brand new batteries and I have checked the connections and they are tight. My surge protector is not flashing anything weird. Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

What happens if you disconnect shore power? How quickly is the flashing? You may be on the edge of the charger needing to charge and dropping down to a float charge and back to absorption or bulk charging if the flashing is not too fast.

If it only occurs in shore power maybe a pedistal problem. If not batteries, state of charge, converter, poor connection.
