Watkins Glen International Speedway, NY. Taking hot laps in the CRV toad no less. The granddaughter loved it, I had to peel the wife off of the ceiling.

I knew going out in kayaks, just Jay and I, that I would be far enough away from him that no help would be available...and I've never touched a fish...so I figured the glove would help me get over the slimy factor, handle the fish like I mean it, and therefore not skewer my fingers in the process.

There will come a day very soon, where the gloves are thrown, along with caution to the wind...and you'll see pictures of huge fish and bare hands...

In the meantime, it's how I roll
No harm - no foul! Just ribbing on you a little.

Actually the glove would also work for those slimy night-crawlers too.

Fishing is my greatest past-time. I love it, both fresh water and Saltwater Surf-Casting.

And to be clear, no offense taken on her part - she found it quite amusing and called it before the photo went up saying "Oh geez, if anyone see's this photo, I know they are gonna gimme grief about the glove "

I was proud of her for removing her own fish She's pretty new to fishing - and she lost at least a 1.5 lb'er large mouth right at the kayak while I was trying to explain to her how to just reach out, grab the line and pull'her in the boat with you - or net it - or hug it or sumpin! lol I'm pretty sure the other day was her actual first time honestly fishing on her own - she took her kayak over yonder and went to town. Also, that was a pretty large sunfish, shoulda weighed it - nothing like the 5.5lb lb sun fish pulled up in arizona though! 5-pound 12.8-ounce World Record Sunfish | In-Fisherman

Me, I LOVE fishing - i'm not great at it, but I love to do it! Ernest re-ignited my passion. I personally love to hunt for small, off the beaten path ponds - just something so serene about them (underfished too)

Ha.. aauummm...

I don't know if it was a blessing.. or a curse... but we didn't see that sign on our way home from Yellowstone... we decided to take 14 from Cody to Greybull to Burgess Jct....

We were in our 36ft Sunstar towing my brothers Taurus...

I think the picture speaks for itself... it was beautiful and I look back on it with fond memories now... wasn't looking at it fondly while driving it...
