This is one of the "freeway" easy sections of the trail we did this morning. My hands were too full of steering wheel in the really hairy sections.

The leaves are just changing over now for the fall of 2014. This is along route 7 north on my way to Emerald Lake State Park.

We have been staying in Bandits Roost Campground, Wilkesboro, North Carolina. It is beautiful this time of year.
