Lookin' Out the Windshield...

I know lots of you are traveling and seeing new and interesting stuff this season. Show us what you see lookin' out the windshield!

Here's a shot from our last trip; this was made in NW New Mexico in June 2014...

Jalama Beach, near Lompoc, CA Coast
Arguably the best campsite we've ever had with this RV - ten years worth!

Our son together (I have two grown daughters) is away at college - University of California Santa Barbara. We picked him and his girlfriend up on Saturday morning and drove out to the county beach. It's quite a twisty road to get there and then we were treated with fantastic panoramas and a site right ON the beach!

The funniest thing was that it was pretty windy (on the ocean) and by 8pm it must have been blowing about 40 and sent all the tenters packing - they all packed up and left for the night!

That's a great Monument Valley picture Don!
I love that place and have been on my own and hope to take my family there. W--k keeps me from getting there at the moment due to the time it takes to get there and return from BC, but I'll get there again! Thanks for the memory!

The only "out the windshield" shot I could come up with is while parked on our site in South Carolina a few years ago.

Picture didn't upload first time. It's there now. It's the Okanagan Valley. Okanagan Lake, BC.
